- Fees must be paid in full prior to services or retainer benefits.
- Subscription retainers auto-renew until canceled by the client.

- No on-site supervision: We do not perform physical work, supervise installations, or control jobsite conditions.
- Code & permits: Local codes, AHJ/inspector interpretations, manufacturer instructions, and permitting requirements vary. The client (and/or hired licensed contractor) is responsible for verifying compliance for the specific jurisdiction and jobsite.
