Refund & Cancellation Policy

Policy choice: Strict but fair. This policy protects time reserved for your consultation and the work performed on advisory services.

Consultations (Calendly bookings)

• No refunds. Once purchased, consultation fees are non-refundable.
• Reschedules: You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice at no cost.
• Late cancellations / no-shows: Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

Audits & Deliverables (exam audits, written guidance, digital downloads)

• Digital downloads (PDFs): Non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
• Audit services: Non-refundable once work has started or deliverables are in progress.

Retainers (Monthly / Annual)

• All retainer payments are non-refundable.
• Cancellation: Monthly retainers can be canceled before the next renewal date to avoid future charges.
• Scheduling: Retainer sessions must be scheduled using the booking links provided. Unused sessions do not roll over unless explicitly agreed in writing.
